They are always seeking their next victims.

Web scammer, con artist looking to lure you in all the time.

They are looking for their next pray
a)How they lure the next victim:
Sweet talk and bogus figure, high income return. If it sound too good to be true, it might be a scam.

b)Don't pay that hard cash yet! Don't pay up front money just yet.
Some scammer, con artist, want to force a long time contract. Try to find company's credential first.

c)Watch out!
They are every where. Now economy is down, they are everywhere, even in eBay, Craig's list, etc., etc.

d)Ouch, you poor thing. That hurt my heart and hurt me financially
Incase you became victim, seek third party for assistance, such as BBB.

e)Keep your eyes open and your ears too.

It doesn't mean new company is bad, but just try to be in safe side, deal with a company with 3~5+ experience, and credential.
